Terms and Condition

BY MAKING A BOOKING ON OUR WEBSITE OR STAYING AT TAMAN SENANG YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING.

Animals

Any kind of pet is not allowed in our hotel. Cats live in the outdoor area of Taman Senang. These are fed daily by the staff, we ask that you do not let the cats into the rooms and do not feed them.

Cancellation / Modification

Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking and written on the voucher. Once guest(s) have checked in, bookings are non-refundable. Taman Senang is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

Check-In /Check-Out

1. Check-In Time: 12:00 pm to 6 pm (Late check-in is available on request.)

2. Luggage can be stored free of charge at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause on the check-in and check-out day.

3. No Show: Guests must check in before 8 am the following date. If you are unable to do this, you must contact us before this time to confirm a later arrival time. Failure to do this results in your booking being canceled and the No-Show fee is payable.

4. If no advance payment has been made, the booking amount is to be paid upon arrival.

5. A passport or ID card (Indonesian resident only) must be presented upon check-in. The identity must match the booking.

6. Check-Out Time: 7 am to 10:30 am

7. Early Check-Out is available on request

8. Late Check-Out must be confirmed by our front desk. The extension will be given depending on availability. Late check-out fees of up to 100% of the nightly rate can apply.  

9. If the guest does not check out on time and has not received approval from our front desk for a late Check-Out, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the occupied room. 

Children

1. Children: Children under the age of 6 years cannot be accommodated. Persons under the age of 18 are only allowed to stay under parental supervision. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.

2. Extra bed: There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Our rooms/villas can only accommodate up to 2 people.

Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

Drugs

We have a strictly NO DRUG policy! Failure to comply you will be asked to leave our hotel and no refund will be given. 

Found Items

Taman Senang cannot be held liable for any lost or forgotten items. However, we assure our guests that any item that is found by our housekeeping team after a guest's departure, except perishable items, will be collected and securely kept for up to thirty (30) days. A reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded. 

Free WIFI Access

We provide free Wifi in all areas. Please ask the front desk for your password. If you are using more than one device, please ask for a second password. We do our best to provide a good internet connection, however, please note that we are on a small island and there is no fibre optic cable to Lombok. The Internet speed depends on the weather and the Internet provider.

Payment

We accept cash in Indonesian Rupiah and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard).

Bank transfer or WISE is only available for advance payment.

Pool

Hours of Pool operation are from 8am to 8pm. Outside these hours we ask for consideration. Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs are not allowed to use the pool.

Smoking, Candles, Essential Oil, Incense

Smoking or the use of Candles. Essential Oil or Incenses inside our rooms is forbidden. In the public area or in front of your room smoking is allowed as long you do not disturb another guest. A penalty of 2.000.000 IDR per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest should smoking or the use of essential oil or incense occur inside the room.

Safety

Guests need to store their valuables in the safety box. The door and bathroom door need to be locked when leaving the room and while sleeping. We accept no liability for lost or stolen items.

Visitors

Visitors must be registered at our Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors staying after 10:00 pm might be charged as Extra Person. Visitors must respect the house rules. Our staff can ask visitors to leave the facility at any time.
